Engr. Favour David, founder of GlobeFarms Venture Agritech Ltd, is an Electrical Engineering student at AFIT driving transformative change in Nigeria’s agricultural sector. He leads one of Southwest Nigeria’s largest youth-led agritech platforms, managing 315+ hectares of smart farmland. By integrating technology and mentorship, Favour provides scalable solutions for youth inclusion and food security, positioning him as a leading voice in Nigeria’s inclusive growth.

Bidemi is a 32-year-old Civil and Environmental Engineering professional with multidisciplinary experience across Nigeria and Canada (including CNRL and Keystone Concrete). He holds engineering degrees from Cape Breton University (Canada) and FUTA (Nigeria).
At GlobeFarms, he integrates infrastructure development with environmental sustainability to support climate-resilient agriculture. His work focuses on youth-led initiatives that drive leadership, economic inclusion, and food security.

She holds an MBA from University Canada West and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Afe Babalola University (ABUAD). At GlobeFarms, she integrates financial expertise with youth empowerment to build inclusive agribusiness models and sustainable ecosystems for leadership and food security.
